Aly El Zayat

Company founder Aly El Zayat has worked in the Tourism and Hospitality industry for 20 years, 17 of them in the Arabian Gulf, holding senior management positions in global hotel chains and responsible for the development and operation of properties across the region. He is a co-founder of Dubai Summer Surprises, now among the leading annual events in the Gulf region. He has also sat on several committees of the Dubai Government’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing. His achievements include the development and management of various feeder markets around the world and the opening of business and leisure hotels in the Middle East, including the first International Hotel Apartment in 1996, and the first International Budget Hotels (four and three stars) in 2002. Since 2003, he has applied his extensive know-how to asset management, feasibility studies and providing strategic recommendations and management solutions to Government and private sector clients in the Middle East and around the world.

Hassan Abdel Maqsoud

After gaining 24 years of experience in accounting and finance, Hassan joined the El Zayat team to manage the finance department. He has worked with substantial corporate firms such as SADAFCO and Al Ajou Establishments and has since developed policies and procedures and applied recording, classifying and summarizing standards for day-to-day financial transactions in various firms. Hassan oversees all financial matters throughout the Group. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance, and is fluent in Arabic and English.

Lina Abbas

Lina joined El Zayat as the company's Business Development Manager. Over nine years she gained broad expertise in the hospitality field, holding significant positions in hotels and resorts. Before joining El Zayat she was the Catering Sales Manager at Park Hyatt Jeddah. Her hospitality experience includes Front Office and Sales and Catering, enabling Lina to evaluate the Middle East tourism market accurately and identify new business prospects. Lina holds a BA Degree in Political Science and International Affairs from the Lebanese American University. Her languages are Arabic, English and Portuguese.

Hamdi Abdalla

Hamdi joined El Zayat Co. as business development manager in December 2009. His superior relevant commercial experience along with his proven track record in developing core business skills through communication, sales / marketing operational and organizational proficiency during the past 16 years enable him to serve the goals and satisfy the needs of top clients in the Middle East region. Hamdi holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from American University In Cairo. His languages are Arabic & English.

Mohannad Al Dalati

Mohammad brings to El Zayat's Destination Promotion team his 13 years' experience in Hospitality and Tourism Marketing with Marriott Hotels, Elaf Travel and Labayk E-Marketing in Saudi Arabia. In addition to his destination marketing experience, he has extensive experience in media and public relations and a strong presence in the Saudi Arabian travel market travel, enabling him to develop unique market segments in leisure and corporate travel and to provide specialist services to reputable public and private sector clients in the Middle East region. Mohannad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. His languages are Arabic and English.

Yusif Bukhari

Yusif has over 15 years experience in Hospitality, Tourism and Public Relations. He brings combined experience from a variety of hotel operations, an extensive knowledge of the private and public sectors in the Gulf, and experience in project management. His market knowledge and creativity play a strong role in his business application, lending a Saudi twist to his business ethics. He manages El Zayat's Hospitality Promotion Division and is primarily involved in building and implementing business plans and project management in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and UAE.Yusif holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. His languages are Arabic & English.
