Founder of the consultancy, Aly El Zayat has spent the last 18 years working in the leisure and tourism industry of which, 14 years have been in the Arabian Gulf peninsula. During this period, he has held a number of senior management positions in hotels operations and sales & marketing. He has substantial experience and was responsible for the successful development, operation and strategic revenue directions of International Hotel chains properties in the Region.

In addition to being member of several development and strategic committees, Aly is a co-founder of the Dubai Summer Surprise. His achievements include the development and management of different feeder markets around the world and establishing revenue management concept in different properties in the mid nineties.

Since 2003, Aly and his team apply their extensive know-how to destination and hospitality promotion, delivering strategic leisure and tourism promotional services, advice and solution to government and private sector through intensive research and studies and tailor made planning and implementation.
